Langdowns DFK aid Christmas plight for The Honeypot ChildrenLangdowns DFK a firm of Chartered Accountants and business advisors based in Eastleigh have come to the aid of The Honeypot Charity. You can imagine the despair of The Honeypot staff when they went to the loft to recover the Christmas tree only to find it damaged beyond repair with the children arriving at Honeypot House the very next day expecting to see a decorated tree, with presents all around. On hearing the children’s plight, Langdowns DFK wasted no time in offering there own Christmas tree that was on display at their head office in Eastleigh. Chief Executive, Bob Law said “We are very proud and active supporters of The Honeypot charity, and the thought of these very special children going without a Christmas tree was too much, just a little effort and forethought will make this Christmas special for such giving children. We have donated a 6ft spruce with all the decorations so that The Honeypot children are not disappointed” The Honeypot Charity exists to enhance the lives of very vulnerable children and young carers aged between 5 and 12, across the South East, by supporting their social development through respite care and a programme of long term support.
